Upcoming Tournament in Virginia

For those of you who don't know,i will be hosting a Tournament ay my house in the Summer.
The date will Probably July 10th.
that way,Guitar Hero Aerosmith comes out and it can be a part of the Tournament.
If all goes well,it could be a multi-day event.
If everyone agree's,here is my plan.

Planning Face:
On July 10th,arrive at my house at 10:00 to 12:00 (in the morning)
Have a Guitar Hero 1 Tourny at 1:pm
Some Free play time....
Have a Guitar Hero 2 Tourny at 5:pm
some Free play Time......
Have a Guitar Hero Rocks the 80's Tourny
Free Play till Next Dayand PARTY!!!!!!!!!!party face
Start the coveted Guitar Hero 3 Tourny 1:pm
Free play till.........
Have a Guitar Hero Aerosmith Tourny at 5:pm
Free play till...........
Have the last Tournament of the event,Rock Band at 10:pm
After that....
PARTY AND PLAY GUITAR HERO TILL NEXT MORNING(partying is optional)

I think it's a pretty gewd plan.

Things that people need to bring:
A video camera that works so we can live stream it on USTREAM or stickam
A bag of chips(multiple people)
soda's(multiple people)
A sleeping device(if you choose to sleep)
Pizza money so you can eat(10 bucks for 2 pizza's,last for 2 days,don't worry,i have my connections)
one person needs to bring another GH controller for PS2.
Someone needs to bring Guitar Hero Rocks the 80's and a memory card that has all the songs
I have two T.V's so multiple people can play at a time.

So finally,here is the bracket set-up.

this an example if i get 10 people

6 people will be in the first bracket
4 people will be seperate bracket

the winner of each will be in the semi-finals and face each other to be in the final-round
all of the losers(except the loser from the semi-final round)
will be put in a loser bracket
a bracket of 8 people
the winner of that,will then face the winner of the semi final match and that will be the final match
